Burgundy between Christmas and NYE

Hi all. My partner and I are planning to visit Burgundy between Christmas and NYE this year. Whilst we realize it isn’t the best time of year to go - it’s when we are free so we are going to try to make the most of it!

We were wondering whether anyone has any tips or recommendations for a trip at that time of year? We hear a lot of the wineries will be closed, but would be very appreciative of any indication of what might still be open.
