Thoughts on dry red muscadine?

I've always wanted to try it because it seems like the only grape that can thrive in Florida vineyards but I am hesitant. I like dry reds (Cabernet, Malbec, Tempranillo) so would I like the Muscadine?
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
