Looking for a specific interactive winemap

A while ago I ran into a website in a comment on this subreddit. It was a great tip, but I forgot to save the URL..

It was a very detailed Google Maps like site of the entire world where you could zoom into wine regions and, in some cases, specific vineyards. I also remember it was a German website.

Anyone know which one I mean?:)
