Wine pairing for middle eastern food

Hey there - I'm ordering takeaway middle eastern food from a place here called Bar Saracen https://www.instagram.com/barsaracen/?hl=en

Quite excited because I've wanted to try their food for a while now, and also have heard very good things about them. I've only just started drinking relatively recently, so not too sure what to pair the food with. Google says rosé, but I'd love to hear any other suggestions... Thank you!
