Wine Cork Help for First-Timer

Hello everyone. I’m trying wine for the first time, but I can’t get the cork out. I’ve tried a corkscrew, the shoe on the wall trick... I even tried the lighter hack and the cork won’t budge (and I burned myself in the process). Please help!
