Good wine for aging

Hi all,

I’m getting married next year and will be having a wine box ceremony (place a bottle of wine in a fancy box along with some love letters to be opened at some later anniversary). Asking for suggestions from anyone more informed than myself for a wine that will age well over 5/10years.

Specifically a Cabernet Sauvignon. Do whites age well? Maybe we’ll do one of each? In Pennsylvania, budget is around $100 (per bottle if we do two). I’m usually a $8-15 bottle guy but hey, it’s my wedding.
