Is there anyone here with some background who can help me sort out my wine "collection" Im a neophyte but have amassed a small collection but would love for someone to help me not organize them but suggest wine taste groupings Example. Vintage vs vintage. Burgundy region vs region. Grape varietal vs varietal

And give me some hi level notes of what to look for and discern. Is this a thing? Obviously a fee can be arranged. A la carte or flat
