Hey there wine enthusiasts. I just purchased my first wine making kit and I'm looking into buying a concentrate kit. We know we want to make a red wine. However, I'm not sure if there are any types that a beginner should avoid or seek out. Cab Savs tend to be our favorite, but not sure if these will end up good in a beginners hands?
