My wife and I are planning a post-vaccination and hopefully winding down COVID restrictions road trip to the central California wine region with a stop in Napa on the way back. This is still very early since we plan on taking this trip in the fall of this year to give herd immunity a chance to increase and COVID lockdowns to loosen. I have been looking at a lot of winery reviews and such but word of mouth has failed me much less than internet travel blogs have. Does anyone have suggestions for wineries we definitely should do a tasting at? We appreciate wine of almost all varieties as long as they are done well.
