Questions about healthiest wines

So I am new to drinking store bought wines, I've made my own black berry wine from scratch for the past few years and I really like the darkness and sweetness of it. But I am looking for a wine that I can buy at a store that is affordable that has lots of antioxidants and is also good for cooking. It also needs to have a more tolerable sweeter taste for my unseasoned taste buds lol any recommendations?
