I wondering if Sherry’s of all styles can be aged in bottle and what dry style, with the exception of Fino Sherry, would you recommend for someone who is not a fan of the pronounce salt water flavor that the Solera system or flor yeast gives (I only know a little bit about Sherry).
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
