We have a small cellar that during winter goes down to 5C, and during summer goes up to 16C. There are no daily or weather temperature fluctuations however. Can fluctuations this slow, cycling through the entire year, be bad for aging wines? I know it isn't optimal, but can it actually harm the wines?
