Where would I find a wine that will be better after aged for 20+years

My brother is having a baby and we’d like to get the little one a bottle that they can open up on their 21st birthday. After a quick google, it seems that most (98%) are suppose to be opened immediately and are not supposed to be aged. Any help or places to start would be appreciated!
