Looking for an affordable wine from 1962 in the UK. Is that even possible?

By affordable I'm looking at £40 or less. My family is in hard times right now due to covid destroying my industry. But I still want to get my dad a nice gift for his birthday.

Doesn't have to be a full bottle. One of those 1 glass bottles would do.

As you might be able to tell... I'm not a wine guy.
