Is this cork alright?

I've opened up alot of wines, never quite seen a cork like this. I'm pretty sure its just sediment, the wine is a 2015 Vina Vik Milla Cala. Decanted, smells good. Should be fine to drink right?
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
