Rose, Sparkling Rose, or Champagne?

My friend really likes dry rose. It's her favorite. She's moving next month and I want to send her a bottle of something special to her new place. Do people who like rose usually like sparkling rose too, or should I just do champagne? Or should I stick to rose because I know it's what she likes?
