Online/Virtual wine tasting classes?

I was curious if anything online or virtual exists where they send you wine or tell you what to buy, then there are specific cards, notes, instructors to help you detect notes, flavors, etc. My wife and I are probably intermediate wine people, not new to it, but wanted to improve our wine knowledge and tasting abilities. TIA
