2021 Vintages - What will age well?

Hello! I just had my son two weeks ago and I would like to buy a few cases of one good 2021 vintage (or a small variety) for us to drink with him on his future birthdays when he is old enough.
I would love any recommendations for a good white and red which you think will age well over the next 18+ years?
My friend's parents did this for him with d'yquem 1983 and he has loved opening a bottle with them every year.
