Instantaneous headache when drinking some wines

Hey wine people,

I love drinking wine, but some wines give me a headache after the first few sips. What's up with that? I think I've also had it when drinking whiskey, but I'm not 100% sure that the whiskey is the cause there.

I feel like it varies from bottle to bottle, am I allergic to something that is in some wines, or am I making shit up?

Would love to know what you all know about this.
