Napa/Sonoma - Narrow down the field

My wife and I are making a trip to Napa/Sonoma with our 2 year old and we're mostly done sketching out our trip. We're aiming for 2 to 3 wineries a day with a focus on smaller, exciting producers. There are a few days where I just can't decide make a decision on which one to visit (in italics). Here's our itinerary and the days we need help making a decision:

Day 1: V. Sattui, Hall

Day 2: Red Car/Iron Horse/DeLoach, Porter-Bass

Day 3: Sixteen 600, Pax, Larson Family

Day 4: Ryme/Iron Horse/Arista, Tank

Day 5: Castello/Krug, Matthiason

Wineries that didn't make the cut but I was interested in visiting are Viansa, Horse and Plow, Etude, Castello di Amorosa.

Our itinerary includes non-wine stops which I've omitted, which explains why some distant stops are on the same day.

Thoughts?
