Wine tours around Madrid?

I'm a true wine lover who would like to do a wine tour around Madrid. Unfortunately I won't have a car so am looking for tours. My wine knowledge is above average.

There are plenty of tours, but I'm not sure how many would cater towards true wine lovers vs the average tourist.

Are there any recommendations? Would love to build my knowledge on wine in the area.
