Best Rioja or Tempranillo??

To your best knowlege/opinion what is the BEST Rioja or tempranillo that I can find?. I have Marques de Careceres/Riscal 6 . Cune 3 Faustino 4 and one from Costco that I dont remeber (im not at my residence) So I ask because im on vacation in Seoul South Korea and will like to buy one.
