Hi everyone, just joined this sub as I'm trying to get a bit more adventurous with wine. I did a brief wine tasting/wine pairing course a few years ago but have forgotten most of what I learned. Does anyone have any recommendations for a book covering the basics of the main grape varieties, what to look for when choosing a wine, and how to pair with food?
