Grower Champagne houses to visit

Hello, all! Doing my honeymoon in France in May and staying a few nights in Epernay. I was hoping to set up a tasting + tour with a grower champagne maker. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas that would be good to set up while there? Thanks for your help!

Initial goal was to set up a tour at Ulysse Collin but I’ve heard he doesn’t do many public tastings since he’s gotten the 100 from Parker. So something along those lines, hopefully!
