Earthy Pinot Noir under $20?

Seeking recommendations for solid, weeknight Pinot Noir under $20 with earthy notes (forest floor, mushrooms, etc.) and generally less fruit-forward.

Basically, what one might look for in Burgundy, but with affordability. I've had a few from Oregon that approach what I'm looking for (Failla comes to mind) but I wonder what else is out there at a better value.

Thoughts? Is this even achievable?
