How do you like your wine organized?

My wife and I are opening a wine shop and are curious how you like to see a store organize its wine on the shelves.

There are the two main ways: geography or varietal.

Then most places tend to arrange by price within those groups. Cheap stuff on the bottom shelf, pricey stuff up top.

Which way do you prefer?
