Which wines do you associate with the seasons of the year?

I was discussing with a friend which wines are “winter wines”. I landed on a smoky, leathery Rioja. For summer wines I went straight to rosé. I then got thinking what wines you guys here associate with the 4 seasons. So let’s hear it!
