One of the best wine lists in Canada.
The Morgan was unreal, stole the show. Definitely a producer to try.
A beautiful balance of fruit and terroir, light on it's feet, yet deep and complex. Every sip tasted different, and delicious. It went with every morsel of food I tried it with.
They were all wonderful, but that Morgan was OUTSTANDING.
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
