Thoughts on Shafer Hillside Select?

I've had their One Point Five and found it one dimensional. Came in hot and strong and felt like a generic Napa cab. Maybe a good wine for those who enjoy that style, but not particularly for me.

I have an opportunity to buy the 2007 Hillside Select, which as you may be aware is their flagship wine, which I've never had. How does it compare to One Point Five in terms of it's profile? Is there more nuance to it, or just a maxed out version? The offering price is $333 (3/$1,000). Is it worth it?
