Which wine has the most ellagitannins? Part of a wine challenge

Hello wine sharks!

The question above I find hard to answer.

I'm trying to find a specif wine that answers a series of parameters. Maybe you can help? I think it's a serious wine challenge.

The parameters are:

  • Aged in light toasted French oak, for not more than a year.
  • Did not age further in bottled form.
  • High in polyphenol content.
  • preferably Bordeaux, but if you can prove high ellagitannins concentration then I don't care.
  • Tasty

Thank you in advance for the great service and help!
