The Spanish wines where phenomenal but the Hungarian(tokaj) whites where a real treat as well. Furmint is a great grape and can produce some fantastic whites with great value for money.

My favorite: Valbuena 2016.
Pleasant surprise: Oremus Petracs 2018. I have tasted Furmint a few times before but this was a great bottle. The wine was dry with great depth. Notes of apricot, citrus, barrel, vanilla and honey. Very complex and long on the pallet.

Have a good one!
