Must see vinyards and tips in Champagne

Hi All,

I am going to champagne with the ms. this August. Do you have any tips for locations / small wineyards that are a "Must see".

Any practical pointers are also appreciated. For information we are staying 3-4 days in Reims and 3-4 days in Epernay and have a car throughout the entire visit.
