Looking for general guidelines on what folks think the best drinking window for cabs from Sonoma and Napa cabs. Vintage charts and specific wines I can look up, just looking for insight from the community on where they see the sweet spot generally for consumption. I know it varies by producer and year. What do you prefer and what has been most reliable?
