Technical question for importers: does each foreign wine facility need a DUNS number for its FDA registration?

One or two of our producers have not imported into the US before and I’m working through their FDA registrations.

Does each winery need a distinct DUNS number or do I as the importer apply for a single DUNS and use that number on each unique FDA registration?
