So Konstantin Baum (MW) has an interesting video explaining how minerality isn't really a concept in tasting. Wine doesn't really take up minerals, and usually the perception of acidity leads to the perception of minerality.

However, other influential people in the wine world such as Peter Koff (MW, wineking youtube channel) always mention the perception of minerality in wine.

So what is your opinion, do you notice minerality? Do you think the current terminology is misleading?
