Looking for some Champagne rec's

Hi

I am looking to buy some different bottles of bubbly, and is a little in doubt what to go for.

I really enjoy finding some less 'typical' choices.

I was recommended a producer called Pierre Paillard, but it is all 'Extra brut'. Until now I have usually gone for something like Taittinger Comtes, or Louis Roederer 242.
