How long can wine be stored in plastic bottles?
Here's the thing. A couple of weeks ago my girlfriend and I bought some amazing wine from a winery located in a different region of our country. They sell wine "on the tap" and store them in 1l plastic bottles. They also have glass bottles, but they are much more expensive. So, this weekend my girlfriend's parents are going to the same winery. We are thinking of ordering a large amount this time because we have an important celebration in the second part of January. Will the quality of wine be preserved in those plastic bottles for the next two months?
