Most cost effective method of air freight shipping a few cases of wine samples from Moldova to California?

Got a quote from DHL for $1,000. FedEx came in at $250. Per case. Will likely be labeling this for personal consumption since it’s just samples.

There’s got to be a cost-effective way, but I’m still learning how this works.
