Recommendation for Box Wine?

My wife stopped drinking so when I open a bottle half of it goes to waste but I can’t eat pasta or steak without a glass of red.

Short of buying the Argon gas persevere, do you have any recommendations for a box wine or a single serve wine that I can drink with dinner that doesn’t taste like shit?
