I'm visiting the wine fair "Salon des Vignerons Indépendants" in Strasbourg this weekend.😊🍾

Any recommendations for producers I have to taste there? (My stocks in white wine is pretty depleted, so I will especially look for some white Burgundy and white Rhone. But I'm very glad about every tip or hint!)

It's my first french wine fair. Are there any informal etiquette-rules I need to know.🤔
