Last night I opened an amazing syrah bottle made in Italy. We talk about marche region. 2004 vintage that mantain a big acidity with it's 18 years . I think that there Is a fantastic use of little volatile. Fresh , long. Full of tertiary scents that leaves me thinking about how much It could give in other ten years. A gift ...for only 65 euro
