Napa Itinerary

Hi - I'm working on a Napa trip for 6 of us. I'd like some input on my winery choices. We have been to Napa several times, and typically do 3 a day. Are there any of these you'd skip or replace? Particularly open to places that have cool food pairing / lunch options like Progeny, Bevan, etc. We've found if we can bundle lunch and a tasting that the day is a little less packed.
