I found out yesterday that I passed my WSET level 2 exam with distinction!
I skipped level 1 despite having next-to-no previous knowledge of wines, so I'm absolutely over the moon with the result.
Completed the course over eight weeks via online evening classes run by the Birmingham Wine School (UK) and sat the exam remotely too. Really enjoyed the whole experience - dare I sign up to level 3?!
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
