Please give pairings for these dishes

Pick 1 dish, or as many as you like, and choose a traditional pairing or a funky, wacky pairing. I need the help!

Salteña = slightly sweetened empanada, with a soup filling, from Bolivia

Bolo do caco = a bread made using sweet potato, from Madeira.

Chicha morada = a non-alcoholic beverage from Peru made from purple corn, pineapple, warm spices

  1. Chicken and peanut butter soup with chilli
  2. Tropical fruit gazpacho, red and white prawn tartare, lemongrass oil, oyster mayonnaise, sautéed samphire, black pepper
  3. Salteña, veal, olives, raisins, chilli
  4. Bolo do caco, pork shoulder, oyster mushroom, pickled radish, creme fraiche
  5. Red mullet, bacon beurre blanc, sweet potato, papaya and fennel salad
  6. Fried pineapple pie, chicha morada ice cream
