Wine Fridge Recommendations

I need a wine ageing cabinet for long term storage of primarily french reds. It will go in a garage which has temperature fluctuations of 0C - 35C.
Most fridges are rated operational down to 10C ambient environment, but this will need to be stable at a little colder and I see there are some with 'winter' setting for this reason. Does anyone have any recommendations on brands or models ?
