Family & Friends don’t appreciate wine

The wife and I really appreciate good wine, but my family (where we live), and our friend circle just doesn’t have the same taste or appreciation. They all prefer to drink $20 grocery store stuff.

We’ve stopped bringing bottles from our collection to gatherings or holidays. Is there anyone else out there with this conundrum?
