Wines that age really well.

So I'm hoping that my two kids will love wine as much as I do when they grow up. I'm thinking about buying 12 different wines from the vintage of their birthyears (2016 and 2021), so when they turn 16 or 18 (legal drinking age here in Belgium :p) we can enjoy one bottle each month.

So, out of curiosity and to find some inspiration: which wines would you personally choose/recommend? :)
