Hi wine folks - off to the wonderful L’Arpege next month and the list below while wonderful is bamboozling!
I wondered if anyone would mind taking a crack at the list and making some recommendations or bottles I shouldn’t be overlooking! Ideally looking for something aperitif appropriate (still or bubbles) and then something white without a ton of oak to follow to accompany the entirely vegetable focussed menu. Thank you all for your help in advance!
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
