The Grand Borio is equipped with two individually controllable refrigerated columns, allowing it to be used both as an aging cellar and as a serving cellar. Its central niche, glazed and backlit, can be used to display a collection of spirits or a cigar box. We place great importance on personalizing this piece. Thus, the exterior and interior finishes can be made of solid wood, exotic veneer, marquetry or any other material of your choice. This model features metal parts from Atelier Steaven Richard, renowned for its exceptional work on textured and patinated metals.
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
