Oh my word... In the nose dry raspberries mostly, there's heaps of other light red background, I'm no expert.
In the mouth.... Two seconds of aw yeah, then.. Oh my god this is something special.
It's not just the top level raspberry, cherry it's those tastes you can feel when you have you first straw of the season
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
